The App is distributed through mobile app stores and is developed and operated by the contact listed at the bottom of this policy.

• Health and fitness data. Information you enter into the App such as height, weight, age, fitness goals, workout completion, sets, reps, and progress notes.

• RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase handling.
• Expo — mobile application delivery, over-the-air updates, and crash reporting.
• YouTube — embedded workout and instructional videos. YouTube may set cookies and collect viewing data in line with Google’s privacy policy.
• Railway — hosting of backend services.

We only share the minimum information required for these services to function, and we do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Personalize workout programs and track your progress over time.
• Process subscriptions, purchases, and refunds.
